- The performance of the courier
- The distance between you and us.
- You will receive email or sms that shows the Tracking Number and Parcel Status, After your parcel was picked by courier.
STORE PICKUP
- Orders can be picked upÂ
- (Monday - Saturday, Except Public Holiday & Sunday)
- 12 pm - 6 pm
- Generally ready within 2 hours during store hours.
- An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY
- (Monday - Saturday, Except Public Holiday & Sunday)
- During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option - "Local Delivery". Click the "Continue to shipping" button.Â
- Local delivery is available for address postcode with 42700(Banting Area)Â
- If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
- Orders placed before 3 pm during store hours
- Will be delivered on the same day.
- Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered with the next day's batch.
- When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
